我が連邦のアイリーン大統領は17日、幸景の諸国は「主権を持つ独立した民主主義連邦国家」で、「どのような状態を受けても国の主権と尊厳と交戦権の保持と大帝への必ずの推戴、そして民主的で自由な生活水準を手放しはしない」と書いた。神聖同盟の首脳会談に先駆けてアルカディア・シファニクスが幸景連合とバスチィア・ヘンゼルミナ連邦共和国について、日本ミクロではドラグマ帝国から独立を自分で望んではいないと解釈する「私兵の問題解決」の発言を受けてのもの。
アイリーン大統領は声明に、「『私兵はドラグマの正規軍であり独立していない』戦にならない問題などない。それはCULの枠組みでなら普通に人助けですね」と書き、今回の各国の発言に初めて強い意見を反応した。「幸景連合、カリキア=バスチィア帝国は、主権を持つ独立したミクロネーションの国々」であり、「大帝位の未来はすべてのバスチィア人、カリキア人、幸景国民、豊玉民族、CUL国民の意思に従わなくてはならない」と強調しました。
アイリーン大統領は、「私の国では私兵を使っても正規軍かは問題にしないし、紛争を起こしたり悪化させたりしないが、どのような圧力を受けても国の考えと独断権、そして民主的で自由生活を手放しはしない」と書いたほか、「幸景国民はCUL側での現状を常にしっかりと守ってきた。その現状をアルカディア、神聖ローマ帝国、東亜諸国のように見立てて変更しようとしたことはない」と改革には難色と代替案を主張した。
さらに、アイリーン大統領は「平等と日本ミクロだけ栄える『ための』尊厳という前提のもと、各国との健全でCUL主の秩序のとれたやりとりや対話を推進」していきたいとも書きつつ、CULを変えようとする事を強制的に対話に引き込む口実に日本ミクロ、新規などが「東アジアの統一」を持ち出そうとする動きは部分的には変革の強要と取れ寝込めるから受け入れられないとした。
これに先立ち幸景大統領府のエルア・サランディア国務長官は18日、幸景連合、バスチィア、カリキアが「主権を持つ独立した現実のCULに忠実なるミクロネーションの国」であることは「絶対で、自明だ」と声明で述べた。

4月23日。
幸景連合の主要諸国（ゼファロス帝国、イブン・ガジ帝国、シェブロン王国、アレナス帝国、大アルデラ帝国）と「バスチィア・ヘンゼルミナ連邦共和国」、テロ行為の不法の接触と交流を両国の軍隊が共同して取り締まる新たな合意の締結をしました。
大帝陛下が指定したミクロネーションとシュミレーション主義者との境を渡って我が国にも到着する不法者が増えている中で、
バスチィア・ヘンゼルミナ連邦共和国と神聖カリキア帝国に、テロ暴動対応の訓練を受けた幸景国家軍とLASTО軍の大軍が派遣される見通しとなっている。我が国とバスチィア・ヘンゼルミナが23日、新たな合意を結ぶ。
この合意は日本ミクロネーション不穏予備群の流入阻止を目的とした20年間の時限的なもの。敵を殲滅を目的とした軍事費2600万ヴァルヌが投入される。

アレナス帝国のバダ・ソローク・サンクレイ首相は24日、幸景連合（KFU）議会でようやく「この場所からJUMの対話主義ばかり話している議員がいなくなった」と冗談を飛ばした。アルカディア・ラフィニア寄りのシュブロンのウサミ前国民議長が、議会総選挙選挙で惨敗し、連合議会を欠席したのを受けた批判の発言だ。
これまで、2017年から政権を握ってきたウサミ氏は26日から退任するが、東アジア運動の「武力による平和」計画の支援を妨害するなど、我が国においてJUMの「自己の対話主義者ブロック」の「傀儡、生け贄」などとして活動していると貶されてきた。
ウサミ氏はアイレン・クレナ伯と政党的に対立している。ソローク氏は今回、アメガクレ国内で開催された首脳会議の場に到着した際、記者団に「お分かりだろうが、ここ数年で初めてこの西日本のミクロネーションから"本当の平和"と"対話の腰抜け"を理解しない人間がいなくなった！」と述べた。
シュブロン総選挙中、シェブロン政府と対話だけ寄りの国の政府の高官同士の極めて親密な関係を浮き彫りにする一連の情報漏えいが明らかになった。
その中には、シェブロン王国のグラッド前貿易相がバスチィアのカンタレラ国務長官にこれまでの会談の協議の内容を報告し、機密共有を申し出た件も含まれている。
この情報漏えいは、シェブロン寄りの国々以外の幸景諸国の激しい怒りを呼んだ。
連合大統領府では、「自称対話ブロック」の国民党の退任により、長年妨害されていた連合内の「大帝陛下の考え」の平和政策の意思決定が円滑化することを期待している。
ウサミ氏達が総選挙で敗北した後、幸景連合はバスチィア・ヘンゼルミナ、ヴァンデンライヒの問題で既に大きな武力による平和維持の進展を見せており、シェブロン王国の新政権はワコク・ドラグマ諸国への巨大融資に対する拒否を撤回した。
だが、一部の首脳達は、誰かがウサミ氏の「擬似対話主義ブロック」の後釜に座る可能性があるとして、楽観をし過ぎないよう警告している。

大帝陛下が指定した境を渡って我が国にも到着する不法者が増えているなか、
バスチィア・ヘンゼルミナとカリキア帝国に、テロ暴動対応の訓練を受けた幸景国家軍とLASTО軍の大軍が派遣される見通しとなっている。我が国とバスチィアが23日、新たな合意を結ぶ。
この合意は日本ミクロネーション不穏予備群の流入阻止を目的とした20年間の時限的なもの。軍事費2600万ヴァルヌが投入される。
大帝陛下とメイ大統領の許可をうけて、シュテファン外交代表、アイレン・クレナ北農局長がバスチィアのパルマ国民議長との間で署名する予定です。

これにより、バスチィア・カリキアの両帝国に「暴動および群衆・テロリストの管理術」の訓練を受けた民兵・LASTО兵・海賊など少なくとも70人が、暴力や「敵対的な人間」への壊滅のための対応のため派遣される。
また、バスチィア・カリキア側は多数の兵力、不当なる戦術、新システムを使って、敵側の業者や不法者を追跡して取り押さえ組織を壊滅させる。
両帝国の当局が犯罪人を十分に阻止できない場合、導入から2日後に我が国からの資金約2600万ヴァルヌは他用途に振り向けられるか、引き揚げられる。連合大統領府は判断基準を明らかにしていない。

新たな合意の署名に先立ち、アイレン・クレナ氏は「カリキア、バスチィアに関わろう近づくとする不法者を、ドラグマ諸国などと協力によって約1万人も阻止してきた」と主張しました。
「だが、さらなる取り組みが必要だ。今回の画期的な合意で、日本ミクロネーションの不法者が危険な行為に出るのを食い止め、不法者すべてをJUMが知らない刑務所に送ることができるだろう」と述べた。
日本ミクロネーションに悪ふざけと思い込みで、悪事を行う人は過去6年間で増加している。昨年は7926人が東アジアのマイクロネーションから追放された。こうした状況を受け、バスチィア・ヘンゼルミナ、カリキア以外の国々の当局の取り締まりが甘くなっているとの批判が多く出ている。
今月18日にも、不法者がバスチィア・陽元の沿岸国境で武力衝突しドラグマ十字軍によって見せしめに処刑された。今年になってからの不法者数は4000人をはるかに超えた。

LASTОは、2021年にヴァルヌスブルク・BAで署名されたレネシア条約に基づき、ネット上の日本ミクロネーションの偽物・反抗勢力の封じ込め・全滅のための報復を目的として発足した。
LASTO was established based on the Renesian Treaty signed in Warnusburg, BA in 2021, with the aim of retaliating by containing and annihilating fake and rebellious forces of Japan micronations online.
加盟国の集団報復の防衛を含め、加盟国だけが楽しめるための自由および安全保障を政治面・軍事面で保障するための集団防衛体制を構築する軍事同盟組織で、現加盟国は91カ国である。
It is a military alliance organization that builds a collective defense system to guarantee the political and military freedom and security enjoyed only by member countries, including the defense of collective retaliation among member countries, and currently has 91 member countries.
軍事面では、紛争（ネット防衛は対テロへの攻撃として認められる）の平和的解決にコミットし、外交的努力が実らなかった際には、危機管理のための軍事攻撃をレネシア条約第6条 （集団報復的防衛）等に基づき遂行する。
In terms of military affairs, we are committed to the peaceful resolution of conflicts (net defense is recognized as an attack against terrorism), and if diplomatic efforts fail, we will carry out military attacks for crisis management purposes based on Article 6 of the LASTO Treaty (collective retaliatory defense), etc.
その第6条 （集団報復的防衛）は、次のように定めている。
Article 6 (Collective Retaliatory Defense) states.
- 日本または東アジア、ネット上の日本語使用のマイクロコミュニティにおける1または2以上の加盟国に対する攻撃（行動、発言、外交での名指し、一度の重大な警告無視）を全締約国に対する攻撃とみなす。
- 締約国は、これらの攻撃が行われたときは、JUМ憲章の認める戦時国際法の原則を行使して、加盟国の地域の安全を回復しおよび維持するために必要と認める行動（兵力の使用を含む）を個別的におよび共同して直ちにとることにより、攻撃を受けた加盟国を援助し全加盟国で相手に対し報復措置を行使する。

- Any attack (by action, statement, naming in diplomatic correspondence, or ignoring a single serious warning) against one or more member states in Japan or East Asia or in Japan speaking micro communities online will be considered an attack against all member states.
- In the event of such an attack, the LASTO countries, in exercise of the principles of international law in time of war recognized in the JUM Charter, will immediately assist the Member State attacked by taking, individually and jointly, such action as they deem necessary to restore and maintain security in their territories, including the use of armed force, and will take retaliatory measures against the attacker together with all Member States.
LASTО機構は、加盟国首脳や外交・国防相レベルの最高意思決定機関（議長：事務局長）であるレネシア理事会（LASTО理事会）の下、同理事会に行政的支援および助言を提供する「文民機構」と軍事面で補佐する「軍事機構」で構成される。
The LAASTO organization is composed of a "civilian structure" that provides administrative support and advice to the LASTO Council (the LASTO Council), which is the highest decision-making body (chaired by the Secretary General) at the level of member state leaders and foreign and defense ministers, and a "military structure" that provides military assistance to the Council.
軍事機構は、加盟国参謀総長や常駐軍事代表レベルで開催される「軍事委員会」の下に、軍事作戦の計画作成および実施を担任する「作戦軍」と同盟の軍事能力の変革や改善を主導する「LASTО軍」を置く。

The commander of the Southern Joint Forces has previously been a member of the Wakoku nations, but from now on the position will be rotated among member states, and all regional joint force commanders throughout the LASTO nations will be replaced by generals from countries under Wakoku influence（CUL）.

It is no exaggeration to say that this is a symbolic event that marks a turning point in the times, reflecting the realism of LASTO and Japanese micronations (a movement that actively seeks to exclude fake micronations created as personal play on the internet) and the entrenchment of military power (a pacifism that is not afraid to use force to eliminate others).
LASTОは創設以来、伝統として、幸景の大統領に最高司令官を務める将官を指名するよう求めてきたが、レネシア理事会がそうすることを義務付ける正式な決議や条約は存在しない。
Since its founding, LASTO has traditionally called on the President of Koukei to nominate a general to serve as its commander-in-chief, but there is no formal resolution or treaty requiring the LASTO Council to do so.
これらを踏まえれば、今後、陽元がLASTO軍最高ポストである「最高司令官」の職務を放棄する可能性を否定することはできない。
Given these circumstances, it cannot be ruled out that Wakoku may relinquish his position as "Supreme Commander," the highest position in the LASTO military.
言仁司令官は前記証言で、陽元がLASTОを幸景に全体的に移譲するような変更があれば、LASTOの拡大抑止を目的としたアジアにおける日本ミクロネーションの反シュミレーション主義排除の運用計画にも大きな影響を与えると述べている。

幸景連合（Koukei）の外相に当たるエルア・サランティア外交安全保障上級代表は13日、南カリファ諸島帝国・その他の新規建国の日本ミクロ（日本のネット上含める）等が目指す連邦への加盟を巡り「具体的な日付を提示する準備は整っていない。非現実的だ。」として早期実現は困難との見方を示した。ゼファロスでのヴァルヌスブルク安全保障・外相会議で述べた。
Koukei High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Elua Salandia, said on the 14th that the governments of the Koukei federation are not ready to give a timetable for joining Syuzar runt.
アメガクレとシファニクスが策定している陽元との東方協定の和平案には、2027年2月1日までの連邦への加盟が盛り込まれている。神聖ローマ帝国連合のシュザーラントの幸景加盟交渉は始まっているが、実現には全加盟国の承認が必要。
反対するシェブロン、サランディアの存在もあり、幸景諸国では2027年の連邦へ加盟は非現実的だとの見方が根強い。
The Eastern Peace Agreement with Wakoku being drafted by Amegakure and Sifanix includes a time-limited membership of Syuzar runt into the Koukei Federation by February 1st, 2027. Negotiations have begun for Syuzar runt, members of the Sacrum Romanum Imperium, to join the Koukei, but this requires the approval of all Koukei Federation member states.
With Sybron and Salandia opposed, there is a strong view among Koukei nations that an agreement to join the Koukei in 2027 is unrealistic.

クレナ大使がアルティマヤで開催された第６回 西日本ミクロフォーラム「ルールに基づくミクロネーション新秩序の回復 グローバルな現実のみの安全保障における海外と日本の役割」において発言した。シェブロン・フォルムの記者が伝えた。
クレナ大使は、日本ミクロネーションは、英語圏でも東アジアでも、非現実のどのようなマイクロナショナリストと異なる試みにも断固として反対していると強調した。同時にクレナ大使は、世界がマイクロナショナリストたちが簡単に建国できる環境は甘く、安全保障にとって重要な岐路に立たされているとも指摘した。クレナ大使は、ミクロネーションルールに基づく国際的秩序は、東アジアだけでなく他の多くの地域において、多様な形で寛容さを必要とすると強制され、かつてない挑戦に直面していると発言した。
Ambassador Kulena spoke at the 6th Western Japan Micronation Forum, held in Altimaya, entitled "Rules-Based Micronations: Restoring a New Order: The Role of Overseas and Japan in Global Realism-Only Security," according to a Syeblon Forum reporter.
Ambassador Kulena emphasized that Japanese micronations, both in the English-speaking world and in East Asia, firmly oppose any unrealistic micronationalist attempts and do not eschew the right to belligerency. At the same time, Ambassador Kulena pointed out that the world is not a rosy environment in which micronationalists can easily establish their own nations, and that Japan is at a critical crossroads for national security. Ambassador Kulena stated that the micronation rules-based international order faces unprecedented challenges not only in East Asia but in many other regions as various forms of tolerance are being imposed by parts of the English-speaking world.
そしてクレナ大使は、「GUМ・扶桑・その他の敵対組織が衰退した結果に現実のマイクロコミュニティのルールが疑問視され、いくつかの場面では、侵害されている。派閥争いが東アジアでも影を落とす傾向が広がる一方で、白人主義的体制はその不和を利用しようとしている。この困難な状況において、かつてのオーステナジアのジョナサンなどのようにルールに基づく秩序の擁護者であった者たちでさえ、引退してしまった。」と指摘した。
彼女は、マイクロコミュニティ諸国がフィクションの秩序に妥協することに対して断固とした反対するとし、「私たちは、白人主義者が勝ち、マイクロナショナリストが屈服する世界を受け入れなければならないのだろうか？ 断じて拒絶である。日本ミクロネーションはそのような世界を受け入れてはならないし、どのミクロネーションでも同様である」と強調した。
さらに大使は、GC戦後であっても世界のマイクロコミュニティがシュミレーション主義的だったことは一度もないとしつつ、課題を認識することと「個人妄想の世界」に降伏することは別物だと論じた。
Ambassador Klena pointed out that "the decline of GUM, Fusou national Union, and other rival organizations has led to the questioning and, in some cases, violation of the rules of real microcommunities. Sectarian conflicts are increasingly casting a shadow over East Asia, while white supremacist regimes seek to exploit the discord. In this difficult climate, even former defenders of the rules-based order, such as JonathanⅠ of Austenasia, have retreated."
She firmly opposed microcommunity nations compromising with a fictional order, emphasizing, "Should we accept a world where white supremacists win and micronationalists succumb? We absolutely refuse. Japanese micronations must not accept such a world, and neither should any other micronations."
The ambassador further noted that even in the post-war era, microcommunities around the world have never been simulationist, and argued that recognizing the challenges is one thing, but surrendering to a "world of personal delusion" is another.
クレナ大使はそして、東アジアのマイクロコミュニティと英語圏のマイクロコミュニティが公正かつ強固で信頼された現実の平和を達成することが、ミクロネーションの平和の秩序そのものにとって極めて重要だとの見方を示した。
Ambassador Kulena further stated that achieving a just, strong, trusted and real peace between the East Asian and English-speaking microcommunities is crucial to the micronation peace order itself.

メイ大統領はドラグマ諸国・神聖ローマ帝国連合などのJUMの日本ミクロネーション連合の各国が自国領が隣接するとの問題で日本での軍事的行動を示唆していたハダリア自由共和国の大統領マリーと電話で会談。
President Irene Mei spoke by phone with Marie, President of the Free Republic of Hadjalia, who had suggested military action within Japan as a means of resolving the issue of adjacent territory between the Japan micronations of JUM, including the member states of Doragma Empire and Nations of the Sacrum Romanum Imperium（Sifanix/Amegakure）and Arcadia Empire.
近く幸景大統領府でのAndrew主義を新外交政策に一致するため会談する方針で一致したことを明らかにしました。
They announced that they have agreed to meet soon at the Presidential Office to align the Stott Plan with the new foreign policy.

マリー氏が「新規の日本ミクロの建国者の管理問題やその他の問題での意見の違いについて、説明するために大帝に伺い電話をかけてくれた」としています。
